Carol Slanetz, RNC, MSN
Carol Slanetz, RNC, MSN, brings more than three decades of nursing experience to her patients at the Hull location of Manet Community Health Center.
As a certified Family Practice Nurse Practitioner, she treats patients of all ages, and offers an expertise in health promotion, urgent care, and gynecologic care. Carol has worked in varied settings, including inpatient hospital care, university and elementary school health services, and public health.
She earned her Master's of Science in Community Health and Family Practice Nursing at Yale University School of Nursing, where she has been a faculty member. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Adelphi University in New York.
Carol has been inducted into Sigma Theta Tau, the National Honor Society of Nursing.
