Board certified in Family Practice, Dr. Shiner has special expertise in sports medicine, pediatrics and adolescent medicine. He serves as the physician advisor for Quincy Public Schools
Dr. Shiner earned his Medical Degree from Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, after receiving a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology from University of Michigan-Ann Arbor.
