The Radiology Center at Manet
Manet patients now have convenient access to x-rays and screening mammograms at our North Quincy location!
The Radiology Center at Manet Community Health, in partnership with Boston Medical Center, is located on the first floor at 110 West Squantum Street.
Appointments can be made by calling the front desk (617-376-3000), or if needed, your provider can schedule an x-ray or mammogram on the same day as your medical visit.
Hours of operation:
Tuesday-Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
A few things to keep in mind before your appointment:
If you have not previously been seen at BMC, please contact BMC central registration at 617-414-6060 to register and request a BMC medical record number.
If you are having a mammogram and have had any prior breast imaging performed at an external facility (excluding BMC), please bring those films with you on the day of the exam or contact the BMC film library at 617-414-4884 and let them know when and where the breast imaging was performed. They will obtain your previous images for comparison.
Mammogram patients should arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment, and remember the following:
- Do not apply deodorant, antiperspirant, powders, lotions, creams, or perfumes, under your arms or on or under your breasts.
- Wear a two-piece outfit (skirt/pants and top) and comfortable flat or low-heeled shoes or sneakers.
- Do not bring children with you to your exam.
