Manet Community Health’s Strategic Plan 2026-2028

Affirming and Enhancing our Commitment to Community

Manet’s 2026-2028 Strategic Plan builds on the framework of our previous plan, focusing on six priority areas. With our mission, vision and values in mind and informed by internal and external focus group interviews and community needs assessments, this refreshed strategic plan will help us to respond nimbly to the ever-changing health care landscape and the pressing needs of our patients and communities.

Primary Areas of Focus

Items one through three are foundational areas of focus.

  1. Performance Excellence and Patient Experience: Further develop a culture of accountability, consistency and expectations around how patients are serviced, how efficiencies are achieved and how staff are supported, equipped and trained to successfully deliver high-quality care.
  2. Workforce and Culture: Ensure that Manet can meet its ongoing and future staffing needs, enrich the organization’s culture, and become a recognized employer of choice.
  3. IT/HIT Infrastructure: Evaluate and enhance the current IT infrastructure and optimize the EHR platform.
  4. Behavioral Health Expansion: Ensure that patients at all sites have easy, timely access to high-quality behavioral health services.
  5. 340B Pharmacy Program: Increase patient and staff awareness and organizational vigilance regarding the 340B program to optimize patient benefits and retain or improve financial performance at Manet.
  6. Strategic Investments and Partnership Development: Explore opportunities to expand access and scope to meet present and future patient and community needs, and from a position of mission and organizational strength, evaluate potential new and/or enhanced relationships that achieve mutual benefit for partner organizations and the patients we serve.
