Rob Shiner, MD
Lead Physician Manet North Quincy
Robert Shiner, MD, is the Physician Lead at Manet Community Health Center's North Quincy site and has been a member of our staff since 1999. Board certified in Family Practice, Dr. Shiner treats patients of all ages, with a special expertise in sports medicine, pediatrics, and adolescent medicine.
Dr. Shiner earned his Medical Degree from Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, after receiving a Bachelor's of Science in Anthropology from University of Michigan-Ann Arbor. During his residency at Malden Hospital (now Tufts Family Practice Residency) he served as Chief Resident. He spent part his residency assisting the medical team of the Seattle Mariners, as well as the Malden High School football and hockey teams, and working with a mountain medical team in Vermont.
When he is not at our busy North Quincy site, Dr. Shiner practices his own preventive medicine, enjoying a range of outdoor activities, including skiing.
