Hip, hip, hooray! With the opening of The Radiology Center at Manet Community Health in partnership with Boston Medical Center, Manet patients now have convenient access to x-rays and screening mammograms at our North Quincy location.

The Radiology Center is located on the first floor at 110 West Squantum Street and was completed with funding support from the City of Quincy’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, US Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), American Rescue Plan Act, Health Infrastructure Support grant, the MassDevelopment Community Health Center Grant Program.

“Our goal is offer our patients one-stop clinical care and to help increase access to local mammography services for the community, which were formerly delivered at Quincy Medical Center with support from the Curry Family and the Marie Curry Fund,” explains Cynthia Sierra, Manet’s CEO. “With the increase in breast cancer rates, and the decrease in easy, local access to mammography, Manet sought – with the help of our exceptional funding and clinical partners – to be part of the solution for our patients of today and tomorrow and for the community.”

To celebrate, Manet will host a ribbon cutting ceremony on Friday, June 23 at 9 a.m. followed by tours of the Radiology Center. We welcome our patients, staff and community partners to join us! Let us know if you will be there!
