In partnership with the Town of Hull, Manet Community Health Center is offering a COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic for those 75+ (in line with current eligibility guidelines)

An appointment is required. No walk-ins, please.
What you should know before you go:
- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. If you arrive earlier, please wait in your car.
- Wear a mask
- You will not be billed for the visit, please provide your insurance information to speed up the registration process
- Your second dose visit will be scheduled at the appointments
