Quality, Consistency, Convenience Keep them Coming Back 

For busy mom Lisa McCrosson, time is a prized commodity and with a full-time job and two active kids, convenience and consistency are top priorities when it comes to her family’s health care. McCrosson and her husband, Charles, have been patients at Manet since 1998 and now her whole family, including 16 year-old Charles and 12 year-old Sara (pictured above with their mom), sees Dr. Rob Shiner, a family medicine physician at Manet’s North Quincy practice site and Chief Quality Officer. The longevity of this clinical relationship give them peace of mind.

“I like Dr. Shiner,” she says. “He’s very smart. He has a good bedside manner and a good disposition with the kids. I mean, nobody really likes to go to the doctor, but when they know they’ll be seeing him, there are no worries.”

She also appreciates that Manet can accommodate her family’s schedule with Saturday and evening appointments and loves communicating with her care team via the Manet Patient Portal. “Everybody should use the portal! It’s a great way to communicate,” she says. “We live in Weymouth, so there are other options for us, but you can’t beat the hours and the convenience that Manet offers. I don’t have to take off work, the kids don’t have to miss school, so it’s really great and I like that they know us. For me, that’s very valuable.”
