Your Monthly Gift = Healthy Neighbors

Community health begins with access. Your support helps provide affordable, compassionate care to families who need it most — every month of the year. Your monthly gift, starting at just $5/month, can help to:

• Support prenatal care for a low-income expectant mother.
• Provide a visit with Nurse Care Manager for one patient to assist with chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes or hypertension).
• Cover a telehealth behavioral health counseling visit for someone without insurance.
• Underwrite a health navigator program to guide families through Medicaid or insurance enrollment.
• Subsidize Community Health Specialist support that connects patients to resources that address food insecurity, housing instability, transportation accessibility, and language barriers.

Make a Memorial or Tribute Gift

Memorial and tribute gifts to Manet Community Health are a meaningful way to honor those you love by supporting our mission of health care for all.  Gifts may be made in memory of someone you care about, to celebrate a milestone event like an anniversary or birthday, or gifts can be made in recognition of the special role an individual played in your life (such as your favorite Manet provider!)

When you make a memorial or tribute gift, we send a personalized note to the person or family indicated, notifying them of your caring donation, but not including the gift amount.

Donor-Advised Funds

A donor-advised fund (DAF) is a flexible charitable giving vehicle administered by a third party, such as a financial service company or community foundation. Donors transfer cash or other assets to the DAF and receive an immediate tax deduction. They are then able to recommend how that money is granted to virtually any IRS-qualified public charity, including Manet Community Health.

It’s easy to make a gift to Manet through your DAF. You may access the DAF Direct link to make a gift conveniently from your account. When granting through your donor-advised fund, please include the following information:

IRA Qualified Charitable Distributions

Use your traditional IRA to make a charitable gift this year.

IRA Qualified Charitable Donations, also known as IRA Charitable Rollovers, allow individuals over age 70 ½ to directly transfer up to $108,000 per year from an IRA account to qualified charities. This transfer counts toward the required minimum distribution (RMD) rule for IRA accounts, and such distributions are free of both income and estate taxes.

If you would like to make an IRA QCD gift to Manet Community Health, please contact your IRA administrator to learn their process and kindly let us know your gift is on the way so we can track your donation. We can also provide a sample letter you can send to your plan provider to initiate a rollover.

Donate Stock

Donating stocks, bonds, or mutual funds is a powerful way to support Manet Community Health and may offer significant tax benefits. For stock transfer information and details on how to make a gift of stock please email mduggan@manetchc.org.

Planned Giving

Including a gift to Manet Community Health in your estate plans is a meaningful way to support community health for generations to come. This may include a charitable bequest, donation of retirement assets, or naming Manet as the beneficiary of your life insurance policy. • Corporate Donations: Make a direct impact with financial support for our programs and services.
• In-Kind Support: Contribute goods, services, or expertise that advance our mission.
• Event Sponsorship: Gain visibility and make a difference by sponsoring upcoming Manet events, including June Bloom, Manet’s signature fundraising event coming up next on June 4, 2026 at Stonehill College.
• Corporate Matching Gifts: Many employers offer matching gift programs that can double—or even triple—the impact of your donation. Check with your Human Resources department to learn more about your company’s matching gift policy.

In-Kind Donations

Manet Community Health relies on generous in-kind donations to serve our patients, support our staff and strengthen our bottom line. We are currently requesting the following in-kind donations:

• Grocery Store Gift Cards: Manet providers often encounter patients whom they identify as food insecure or have financial barriers to accessing healthy foods. Donated grocery store gift cards can be distributed on a need-basis.
• Snack Bags: Manet’s Prevention team reaches into the highest-risk communities we serve and provides wellness services. Healthy snacks and drinks are distributed to those who may be experiencing hunger.

Volunteer Opportunities

At Manet Community Health, we believe everyone deserves quality, comprehensive health care, regardless of their personal circumstances. We work to remove barriers – financial, linguistic, transportation or other – to ensure patients receive the care they need and deserve. But we can’t do this alone.
