
Dr. Katherine Johnson, DSW, LICSW, just completed her Doctorate of Social Work at Simmons University with a focus on suicide postvention and clinician support systems. She joined Manet in August 2025 and provides short-term therapy at our Taunton site. Katherine has taught courses at Brown Medical School and Rhode Island College and has served as a field instructor for students from various colleges and universities. With nearly fifteen years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, she offers a range of evidence-based treatments, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and specializes in grief counseling. Dr. Johnson joined the Manet team because she believes in community health and mission driven care.
