Brian Kroener, MD, MPH – Family Medicine, Houghs Neck
Dr. Kroener specializes in family medicine and sees patients of all ages at Manet’s Houghs Neck practice site. He enjoys serving families and communities in a health center setting because “they care for whole family units and provide culturally-sensitive and comprehensive primary care.”
Dr. Kroener has special interests in obstetrics, women’s health, family planning, and addiction medicine, including treatment of opioid use disorder. He earned both his Doctor of Medicine and Master of Public Health degrees at Tufts University School of Medicine, and completed a
Fellowship in Maternal Child Health with Surgical Obstetrics at the PCC Community Wellness Center, a Federally Qualified Community Health Center (FQHC) in Oak Park, IL. He completed his internship and residency in Family Medicine at Providence Hospital/Georgetown University in Colamar Manor, MD.
Dr. Kroener is a member of the American Academy of Family Medicine Physicians and the American Society of Addiction Medicine. He is proficient in medical and conversational Spanish.

Kristen Spain, FNP – Family Medicine, Hull
Kristen Spain, FNP, is now seeing patients of all ages at Manet’s practice location in Hull.
Kristen is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, as well as her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Regis College in Weston, MA. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology, Pre-Med from the University of Massachusetts, Boston. She is a member of hje Massachusetts Coalition of Nurse Practitioners.
She has extensive nursing experience serving patients in the community health center setting and enjoys caring for families.
