The Manet Community Outreach and Enrollment Team
Manet Community Health Center has a dedicated Community Outreach and Enrollment Team who are dedicated to helping the South Shore community gain and keep health insurance coverage.
The Community Outreach team supports Manet’s mission of providing quality, accessible health care for all through:
- Signing up individuals for health insurance, including MassHealth, Commonwealth Care, and Commonwealth Choice
- Answering questions about Health Care Reform
- Ensuring that individuals do not lose their current coverage
- Empowering patients with knowledge about how their health care coverage works
- Providing culturally and linguistically appropriate outreach and financial counseling. Chinese, Vietnamese and Arabic Access Interpreters are available.
The Outreach Team can come to your business, school, health fair, or community center.

Manet has helped more than 200 individuals since beginning a partnership with the Weymouth Food Pantry in April.
